After continuing their training in manual therapy in Montreal and gaining more experience, they opened the physiotherapy clinic on April 10, 2007 in Prévost. Having evolved in an athletic environment (competitive skiing), the owners are delighted to treat all types of clientele as well as athletic clientele.
Caroline Perreault
PHYSIOTHERAPIST, CO-OWNER, OPPQ MEMBER
Caroline completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at McGill University in 2004. At the end of her studies, she received the “Clinical Prize of Excellence” award from l’Ordre Professional des Physiothérapeutes du Québec (OPPQ)
Following her university studies, she completed her training in various spheres of the profession:
- Manual therapy (lower and upper quadrants – level 3) with
- certificate for peripheral manipulation
- Mobilizations of the myofascial system (3 levels)
- Cranial approach
- Gait evaluation
- Motor control and motor unit recruitment
- Shoulder specific training
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Yogatherapy
- Physiotherapy dry needle puncture
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys cooking and outdoor sports such as running, skiing and mountain biking.
Jasmine Perreault

Jasmine graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2004 with a degree in physiotherapy. In order to expand on her knowledge, she completed the following post-graduate programs:
- Manual therapy (lower and upper quadrants – level 3) with certification for peripheral manipulations.

Catherine Paquin
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
During her education, she deepened her knowledge with diverse client populations, including individuals with musculoskeletal and vestibular issues, as well as those with traumatic brain injuries.
From a young age, Catherine has engaged in various sports such as dance, sailing, and alpine skiing. She continues to practice aerial circus, rock climbing, and hiking. In her free time, she also enjoys reading, crochet, and painting.
Nina Uytterhaeghe
OSTEOPATH – D.O.
Nina is a graduate in osteopathy (D.O.) from the College of Osteopathic Studies (CEO)
since 2021. Her interest in physical activity, injury prevention and healthy living
led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, which she obtained in 2014.
Which she obtained in 2014. The combination of these two fields allows her to provide
osteopathic care based on a rigorous analysis of the biomechanics of movement.
In order to continue to learn and perfect her osteopathic approach, Nina has taken the following
post-graduate training:
- Chronic diseases and pain
- Obstetrics
- Sports injuries
- Normalization of the abdominal brain and harmonization of the brain-gut axis.
She offers osteopathic care to a wide range of clients, from children to adults, and
from children to adults, and to both seasoned athletes and sports enthusiasts.
In her spare time, Nina enjoys a variety of sports such as cross-country skiing, sailing and running as well as sewing, knitting and playing the violin.
Kim Aspirot
OSTEOPATH – D.O.
Kim gained her degree as an Intern in Osteopathy (IO) in 2016 after 4 and a half years of full time studies at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques (CEO). While working on her masters degree in bruxism, a condition of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), she also took several postgraduate courses and completed several clinical hours in order to perfect her knowledge and practice in osteopathy.
Kim was an athletic soul beginning at a very young age, playing several team and individual sports. Her love of sports and coaching has led her to take several post-graduate courses in athletic treatment to better understand their issues and maximize results. Apart from these courses, she has also followed several other postgraduate courses targeting the entire population, from the newborn to senior through to pregnant women and other more general topics.

Émilie Bérubé
OSTEOPATH – D.O.
To further her knowledge and osteopathic practice, Émilie has pursued several post-graduate courses over the years, including:
- Structural and soft tissue manipulations (levels 1 and 2).
- Stress and anxiety.
- Clinical osteopathic infant care (0-2 years).
- Pelvic and hip dysfunctions: Myofascial approach and therapeutic exercises.
- Temporomandibular joint, anatomy, and pathologies: Occlusal stability and myofascial approach with therapeutic exercises.
- Shoulder and scapular girdle dysfunctions: Myofascial approach with therapeutic exercises.
In her free time, Émilie enjoys CrossFit, mountain hiking, and all outdoor activities.
